Eligibility for Returns
• You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
• If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Return Process
1. Initiating a Return:
• Log in to your account on our website.
• Navigate to the “Complete Orders” section under the My Account menu.
• Select the order and click the “Return Item(s)” button to initiate the process.
2. Refund Notification:
• Once we receive and process your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding your refund status.
Refund Timeline
We aim to process refunds promptly. Please allow up to 4 weeks from the time you hand over your package to the return shipper to receive your refund. This timeline includes:
• Transit Time: 5 to 10 business days for the return package to reach us.
• Processing Time: 3 to 5 business days to inspect and process your return.
• Bank Processing Time: 5 to 10 business days for your bank to complete the refund transfer.
In many cases, refunds are processed more quickly.
Weight-Based Shipping Costs
• Shipping rates for many items are determined by weight.
• Item weights are listed on their respective product detail pages.
• To align with shipping carrier policies, all weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound.
Important Notes
• Items returned opened, used, or outside of the 14-day return window may not be eligible for a refund.
• If the return is not due to our error, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
